RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with your artwork/interior, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a replacement or return. We will organise to collect from your designated address.
Returns for UK Mainland Only are FREE. All British Isles, Northern Ireland, EU or International will incur return Fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
To make things simple, you need to make sure of the following:
- Items received damaged/faulty must be reported within 24hours and photographic evidence to be emailed to email@example.com
- Email request for Refund/Exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org
- The artwork/interior arrived within 14 days of your request
- The artwork/Interior is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived
Once we receive your request we'll process it within one working day
We will confirm your designated pick-up date and provide all instructions and relevant documentation via email, one working day before the collection
You will be fully refunded the artwork value once we confirm the artwork has been collected by the courier and is safely back with the artist.
Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement, the seller will ship your new artwork as soon as they receive the original piece
